TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing through Petal Press DĂ©cor’s studio, located at 116 Fountain Bend Drive, Ste B, Lafayette, LA 70506, and/or our website www.petalpressdecor.com you are in agreement with our terms and conditions.

 

CHANGE IN FLOWERS

You agree that all flowers colors will change in one way or another. Some flowers may darken while others get lighter. All of these changes are natural and should be expected. You agree that while our highest priority is to preserve sentimental flowers for as long as possible, there are certain things out of our control. This includes but not limited to a rare possibility of the flowers containing mold, bugs, or microorganisms that were present from the start but may not be noticeable throughout the designing process and/or flower discoloration before/after the finished product. Due to flowers and greenery being a natural product, each individual flower or greenery is unique and will press and age differently. You agree that we are not financially responsible for any natural changes in the flowers before, during, or after the commissioned pieces have been completed.

 

DAMAGE TO FLOWERS

You agree that Petal Press DĂ©cor is not financially responsible for any damage to your flowers (before, during, or after the designing process) caused by but not limited to burglaries, natural disasters, acts of God, fires and/or flooding due to building imperfections at 116 Fountain Bend Drive, Lafayette, LA 70506.

 

TIMELINE

You agree that commissioned pieces can take between 4-12 months to complete. You agree that this timeline is subject to change based on demand.

 

PRICING

You agree that the prices and price sheets found on www.petalpressdecor.com and posted in our studio  located at 116 Fountain Bend Drive, Ste B, Lafayette, LA 70506 are subject to change. Please Note: All orders over $90 will be charged a Creative Set-up/Administrative Fee of $35. This fee covers time spent: emailing, coordinating and scheduling drop offs, meeting for drop-off consultations, handling fresh flowers, properly storing pressed flowers, and shipping orders/coordinating pick-ups, etc.

 

SHIPPING

By choosing to have items shipped to/from Petal Press Décor, you accept all terms and conditions. You agree that  Petal Press Décor is not liable or financially responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipment to or from Petal Press Décor. If we/you received your order in a damaged state, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
