Flowers That May Not Press Well
The flowers listed below should be used as a guide. Please remember that flowers are a natural product, and each flower will press and age differently.
Flowers that may not press well:
Calla lilies, Lilies, Lisianthus, White Orchids, Daffodils, Chrysanthemums, Tulips, White Gladiolus
Flowers that need to be dropped- off fresh (between 1-4 days):
Sunflowers (may not press/hold together well...some are more delicate than others), Daisies, Peonies, Carnations, Roses (if the open-face look is desired.. most often used in the oval layout), Dahlias, Zinnias, Anemones, Irises, Ranunculus, Hydrangeas, Orchids
Note: All flowers colors will change in one way or another. Some flowers may darken while others get lighter. White flowers especially will fade to off-white, ivory, or tan. All of these changes are natural and should be expected.
