Rush Fee & Estimated Timeline for Order Completion

RUSH FEE:

If your order is needed by a certain date, please notify us via email, order notes, or at the time of drop-off. An additional fee of 10% of your order total will be invoiced to you. Once that invoice is paid, we will add your order to our Rush List. Please keep in mind that the flowers will take anywhere between 2-3 months just to press. This means we need at least 2-3 months (exact timing depends on the flowers themselves) to press the flowers before we can start designing your pieces.

 

ESTIMATED TIMELINE FOR ORDER COMPLETION:

We try to communicate very clearly with our customers on when they should expect their order to be completed. The banner on the home page of our website will always have an updated timeline as well. Please keep in mind that this timeline CAN CHANGE based on demand and the number of Rush Orders placed ahead of your order (regardless of if your order was placed before theirs or not). If you forsee yourself needing your order by any certain date at all, a rush fee will need to be paid to secure that specific date. If no rush fee is paid, your order will stay in our queue as is.
