Since we opened in 2017, we have never had a limit on the amount of orders that have been placed in a week. Over the last few months, we have had major changes, such as opening a studio and hiring two employees. And with those changes, came a large influx of orders. While we are forever grateful for a thriving business, we also realize that quality is often more important than quantity. This past month, we reached a total of 150 orders that need to be completed, which is an average of about 500 pieces total. In order to ensure that our current orders are given the proper care and completed in a timely manner, we have decided to press pause.
In order to devote as much time as possible to the orders we already have, February 22- March 12, our studio will not be accepting online orders or drop offs. However, we will still be offering scheduled contact- free pick up during this time. If you have already placed an order and it is completed within these weeks, you will receive an email with detailed information about contact- free pick up. If you have chosen shipping at check- out, your order will be shipped 24 hours after your pieces have dried, and you will receive an email with your tracking number and information.
